We suggest ordering two-three weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. The Inmate Connection will send out birthday envelopes 7-10 days prior to the inmates’ birthday to ensure timely delivery. We will mail out 2-3 mailings each day for seven consecutive days to allow your inmate to receive multiple mailings per day on multiple days. The Inmate Connection does not guarantee delivery time, as each institution has different mail-processing protocols. Please include any special mail rules with your order form to prevent any delivery delays.
