Inmate Release : Staying out of Prison! Essentials for Success
Students will gain an in-depth understanding on the struggles that ALL parolees experience upon re-entry to society. A portion of this course includes role-playing, which challenges students’ ability to make responsible decisions in society.
Money: Starting Over, becoming stable & developing wealth
Students will transform their financial fears into feeling financially confident and secure with the knowledge needed to succeed after incarceration, and how to use these skills to develop long-term wealth

Students will learn how to become more self-aware in order to develop themselves personally and to align their actions with their intentions, while enhancing their leadership skills and preparing for parole
Effective Problem Solving and Decision Making
Students will identify, recognize, and assess situations to apply appropriate reactions to situations that will occur post-release. Additionally, students will implement decisions through a series of role-playing scenarios.
Converting Challenges Into Opportunities
Students will learn to utilize the knowledge and skills deeded to analyze problems, spur creativity, and implement goal-oriented ideas to overcome challenges, designed specifically for adults in custody planning for parole.
Conflict and Stress Management
Students will learn to structurally address conflicts between individuals and within facilities. This course is designed to help incarcerated individuals develop a personalized plan for emotional regulation, strengthen personal and professional relationships, improve anxiety management and to provide stress relief skills.
Release After Institutionalization: Triggers & Temptations
This course prepares adults to re-enter society after a period of institutionalization. Students will examine the triggers in their lives that led them to prison, and will develop steps post-release to manage and avoid these potential triggers.
Lengthy or Life Sentences: Making the Most of Hard Time
Designed for adults serving a minimum of 10 years. Learn skills to assist you create your best life behind bars. Do your time productively and constructively.
Emotional Literacy: Mental and Emotional Well Being
This course provides students, specifically with an incarceration history, with the tools needed to improve overall emotional and social intelligence. Learn how stress impacts emotional and social intelligence skills, and reflect upon actions needed to create, improve, and build connections and relationships for greater effectiveness.
