My name is Daniel Ramirez. I am 45 years old, and from Corpus Christi Texas. I have been incarcerated for 11.5 years and my parole eligibility is in 2027. The purpose for subscribing to The Inmate Connection is to seek new friends and contacts. Now that we have been issued tablets, it is easier to communicate using the Securus phone and E-messaging applications. We are living in a world that is ever-changing and my intended goal is to begin the transitioning phase of integrating back into society by putting my acquired skills into practice. Prison has taught me many valuable life lessons, and I am still contributing to learn. Honestly, it has been a real struggle getting my heart right. But, I believe that victory and success await for anyone and everyone who really wants it. Education, painting, and story writing are just a few of the things I enjoy spending my time doing. I am really looking forward to getting to know people on the outside and one day finding new companionship.
